About Me

Originally from London, England, I have been a teacher for over 25 years. My spiritual journey, however, began long before I understood its purpose. I moved through many organized religions, seeking the Divine in temples, churches, and sacred texts—only to discover that the presence I longed for had been quietly living within me all along.

The passing of my son became the great turning point of my soul. His transition carried me into a profound darkness, a place where everything familiar dissolved. In that sacred descent, I felt a quiet knowing: the only way through was to journey inward. As I surrendered to this inner path, layers of grief gave way to awakening, and the veil between worlds began to lift.

I found myself naturally communing with the Spirit realm, receiving impressions, guidance, and messages that I could not yet understand. Seeking clarity, I was led to an extraordinary Shaman who recognized my unfolding gifts and guided me with ancient wisdom. Through this mentorship, I discovered Reiki and energy healing—modalities that helped me reclaim my power and illuminate the sacred purpose of my awakening.

Today, I serve as a professional Channeler and Medium, offering readings to clients around the world through an organization called VerySoul. I act as a bridge between realms, bringing through messages, love, and guidance from departed loved ones and benevolent spirit beings. It is my honor to support others as they awaken to their own healing, their own truth, and the Divine light that has always been within them.

I continue to teach, but my classroom has expanded beyond walls. Today, my teaching aligns with my passion for yoga, health, and holistic well-being. I guide students in connecting breath with movement, creating a yoga practice that not only strengthens and challenges the body but also cultivates presence, awareness, and inner balance.
